SMS Messaging Program & Opt-In

This page describes the SMS (text message) program operated by Precision Partners, a service of Vertex Partners LLC (“Precision Partners,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), available at precisionpartners.io. It explains how you opt in to text messages, what messages you will receive, how often, and how to opt out at any time.
1. Program Description
Precision Partners provides an AI receptionist and customer-management platform for local service businesses (for example, HVAC, roofing, med spas, law firms, and contractors). As part of the platform, we send SMS text messages on behalf of those businesses to the people who contact them, and we send account and service messages to the business owners who subscribe to our platform. There are two groups of message recipients and two ways to opt in, described below.
2. How You Opt In
A. Customers of a business that uses Precision Partners
If you call, book an appointment with, or submit a contact form to a business that uses Precision Partners, you may be asked to consent to receive text messages from that business. On our online booking and contact forms, consent is captured with clear, written disclosure shown directly above the submit button. The consent statement reads:
By submitting this form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from the business (including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Opt-in is never pre-checked, and consent to receive marketing text messages is never a condition of purchasing any good or service. You can view a live example of this booking form and its consent disclosure here: SMS Opt-In Example.
B. Business owners who subscribe to Precision Partners
When you create a Precision Partners account at precisionpartners.io/signup and provide your mobile phone number, you agree to receive account, onboarding, and service-related SMS text messages from Precision Partners at the number you provide. This consent is disclosed on the signup form directly next to the phone number field and the submit button.
3. Messages You May Receive
Depending on how you opted in, messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.
- Follow-up messages after a phone call or inquiry.
- Replies to questions you send by text (two-way conversation).
- Occasional offers or service updates from the business you contacted.
- For account holders: onboarding steps, account alerts, and service notifications.
Example messages:
- “Hi Sarah, this is Alex with AirPro HVAC. Thanks for calling! You’re booked for Tuesday 9–11 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
- “Precision Partners: your AI receptionist is now live and answering calls. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. You may receive one or more messages per interaction (for example, a confirmation followed by a reminder).
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Precision Partners does not charge you to receive these messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
6. How to Opt Out or Get Help
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number from that sender.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email matthew@precisionpartners.io.
7. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
